All orders ship free from Asheville, NC.

Delivery time is 2-4 business days. We ship via USPS First Class Mail. 

Orders placed before 9am ET, will ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 9am ET, will ship the next business day.

You will get a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the tracking number.

For all non-US orders, it typically takes 15-30 business days (after processing) to arrive at your doorstep.

International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Ellie Sage is not responsible for orders not delivered because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
