Free Returns

We offer FREE returns on all items purchased from elliesage.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hi@elliesage.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

Free Exchanges

We also provide FREE exchanges within the 7-day window. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know when you initiate the return process.

Return Condition

Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all Ellie Sage tags attached and all packaging included. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged in any way.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
